David Lafferty is a Certified Residential Appraiser (CR-1227). He is a life-long resident of Middle Tennessee and graduate of Lipscomb University. He has over twelve years of appraisal experience.
His expertise is the appraisal of REO properties, appraisal review, complex residential assignments, FHA appraisals, estate appraisal, and expert witness testimony.
He is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute and working to obtain the SRA designation, member of the National Association of Realtors, The Tennessee Association of Realtors, and the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors.

Jamie Shea is a Certified Residential Appraiser (CR-2262) and is a member of the FHA fee panel. He is a Nashville native with over six years of appraisal experience and attended Middle Tennessee State University.  He is also an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute and working to obtain the SRA designation.

Scott Lamuno is a Certified Residential Appraiser (CR-2829).  He grew up in East Tennessee and graduated from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
He has over seven years experience.
His practice concentrates on complex residential assignments, historical properties, FHA and REO appraisals.

Dwayne Toombs is a Certified Residential Appraiser (CR-3226) and life-long resident of Middle Tennessee. He graduated from Middle Tennessee State University.
